Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how a Croohm user can request deletion of account data, CRM records they control, and data connected through third-party integrations such as Meta.

1. Account deletion requests

To request deletion of your Croohm account and associated personal data, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

2. What to include in the request

  • Your full name
  • Your registered email address
  • Your workspace or company name
  • Whether you want your full account deleted or only a connected integration removed

3. Meta / Facebook integration data

If you connected Facebook Pages, Lead Ads, or related Meta business assets to Croohm, you can request deletion of the synced integration data by emailing [email protected] and specifying the connected Page, business, or integration you want removed.

Once the integration is removed, Croohm will stop processing new data from that connection and will delete the requested stored integration data from our systems, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security retention requirements.

4. Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification of account ownership.
