AI Terms of Service

These AI Terms of Service supplement our standard Terms of Service and apply specifically to your use of Croohm's AI-powered features, including the autonomous agents, smart insights, and automated communication tools (collectively, "AI Features").

1. How the AI Features Work

Our AI Features analyze data you connect to Croohm (CRM records, emails, chat logs) to assist with drafting messages, summarizing context, or autonomously executing set workflows. To provide these features, we use proprietary models and trusted third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers.

2. Data Privacy & Model Training

We deeply respect your business data. Croohm does not use your Customer Data to train external, shared, or public foundation AI models. Your data is isolated within your tenant. We only process your data to provide AI outputs specifically for your account in accordance with our DPA.

3. Output Accuracy "Hallucinations"

Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic and can sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information (often referred to as "hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output before acting on it or sending it to customers.

4. Autonomous Execution

Croohm offers autonomous agents that can execute workflows (such as sending follow-up emails) on your behalf. By turning on autonomous features, you authorize Croohm to take these actions on your behalf based on the parameters you set. We provide guardrails, but you are responsible for monitoring the actions taken by the AI in your CRM environment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the AI Features to:

  • Generate spam or abusive communications.
  • Impersonate individuals or misrepresent AI communications as human when not appropriate or explicitly prohibited by law.
  • Input Highly Sensitive Personal Data (like health records or financial trackings) into AI fields unless under a specific enterprise agreement that explicitly permits it.
