To access our CRM and AI features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription and Payment

Croohm operates on a subscription model. All fees are stated in the applicable order form or pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you prior to the renewal date.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you upload into Croohm ("Customer Data"). By using our Services, you grant us a license to host, process, and transmit this data solely as necessary to provide the Services to you. For details on how we process personal data, please review our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or destructive code.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Croohm platform.
  • Using the Services to spam, harass, or mislead third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Croohm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
